REFUND POLICY
We guarantee the satisfaction of our customers. Customers have a period of 14 days following receipt of the goods to request an exchange or a refund from SOCIODÉCO, unless otherwise specified at the time of sale. Those who are not satisfied with their purchase and who want an exchange for a product of the same value or refund should contact us by email at the following address: [email protected]a, in order to have our approval. However, special orders and custom items are not exchangeable or refundable. Exchanges will be processed according to the availability of items in inventory. In the event of an inventory shortage, you will be notified by email or telephone. The goods must be returned in their original condition, therefore in their original packaging in addition to being accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the authorization number. A product returned without an authorization number will result in our rejection and return to you, at the customer's expense. In addition, any delivery costs in the event of return of goods will be borne by the customer.
DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery is usually made within 3 to 10 working days. However, note that the delivery time may extend from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the materials chosen for the products. PO boxes are not accepted for delivery.
